This policy explains what happens to information you share with Accura M.E.C (Pvt) Ltd ("Accura M.E.C", "we", "us") through accuramec.lk. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your enquiry and don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Information we collect
Our contact form asks for your name, company, email, phone number, and message. When you submit the form, it opens a pre-filled email to lab@accuramec.lk through your own email client — the details are sent directly to our inbox and are not stored on a server or database by this website.
How we use it
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or schedule calibration service. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Third-party embeds
Our Contact page embeds a Google Maps location. Google may set its own cookies and collect usage data when that embed loads, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not run any advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
Data retention
Enquiries received by email are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for our normal business record-keeping, then deleted or archived in line with standard business practice.
